i just came up with an awesome idea to fix the national deficit. i believe it's about $10 trillion, and a lot of that is owed to china. here's the idea: we burn a shit load of windows vista CDs/DVDs, give them to china, and call it even. that's $200 per operating system, which means we give them 50 billion copies, which is 50 copies per person. who wouldn't love 50 copies of windows vista? we already have about 4000 cd-roms of AOL sitting in our desk drawers.
the best part is that there is little needed investment capitol. all we need is a burner and the dvds. 50 billion dvds shouldn't cost much. we can get like 5 million for free at best buy after a mail-in rebate.
