media is run by a bunch of pussies. you know it when the local ABC affiliate shows videos of a military family sending a televised message to the rest of the family and every one of them says "happy holidays" when they each say something. when i watched it, i knew right after that someone coached the marine father, attention-seeking mother, and the little brat of an 8-year-old as to what to say into the TV. when the 8-year-old said it, that was too much. how the hell did they convince the 8-year-old? how did they explain it to her? "well, you see, even though you and your family in colorado celebrate christmas, you can't say 'merry christmas' to them in this message. why? uh... here's a 50. just do the goddamn message."
if you celebrate christmas, say "merry christmas" to me. if you celebrate hanukkah, say "happy hanukkah" to me. if you celebrate kwanzaa, say "happy kwanzaa" to me. don't be fake and androgynous. if you are atheist, don't even say "happy holidays" because you don't celebrate any of them. instead, mix them up with everyone you see. alternate between the 3. fuck people up.
